The Book Club You
Didn't Know You Needed

**limited availability--begins February 20th

Do you ever find yourself caught up in the "hustle & bustle" of life that you can't remember the last tme you and your partner had some sexy time?

Or that you enjoyed a solo pleasure session?

Maybe you have thoughts like " I don't really care if we even have sex..."

First I want to say, that you're not alone AND I can help.

We are sexual beings and it is your right to enjoy pleasure!

I get it, life can be rather exhausting and sometimes sex is the furthest thing from your mind. But really it's something you need to make time for just like you do everything else.

Not just because you deserve to feel good, but orgasms provide so many amazing health benefits that could help you alleviate a lot of stress and other struggles you might have.

Easier said than done, right ;) This is where I can help!

Over the span of 8 week we will read a book called "Wanting to Want", by Dr. Madeline Castellanos a psychiatrist who specializes in sex therapy. Each week we will read a select numbr of chapters, then review them via Zoom and discuss what comes up.

You may be asking yourself "how can this chick help me by reading a book?"

Great question! Let me share a little about myself...

"We are sexual beings & it's your RIGHT to enjoy pleasure!

If you don't know me, I'm Bri!

I've been a sexual health educator for the past 15 years!

I've worked with thousands of women during that time, educating them about their bodies, helping them to explore their sexuality, gain confidence in their sensuality and learn how to express their desires to their partners.

I'm also a certified Relationship & Intimacy Coach, which means I can support you with a variety of modalities, like breath work & somatic therapy, amongst others

I've been married to my husband for 16 years & we have 2 kiddos, 8 & 4.

If you've been in a long-term relationship you know how things can become a little monotonous.

If you have kids, you know that sex can often get pushed aside to make time for other priorities.

Or you're just exhausted and can't even fathom mustering up the energy to have sex.

I have experienced every single one of these, I GET IT!

And that's exactly how I KNOW I can support you through this, because I have lived that experience, too.

If you're ready to:

take your sexy back...

reconnect to yourself...

learn how to express your desires to your partner...
