Hi, I'm Brianna!
I have been a sexual health educator for over 16 years. I am a certified Relationship & Intimacy coach and a co-host of Intimacy Evolution Podcast.

I work with women that are ready to take ownership of their pleasure & couples that are ready to create deeper connection, stronger communication and enjoy more fulfiling intimacy.
My Story
After the birth of our son in 2015, I experienced quite a bit of vulvar pain that was starting to effect being intimate with my husband. Not only were we both navigating being first-time parents, now add in pain and intimacy issues, things were getting stressful. I scheduled multiple appointments with my OBGYN, but would get the frustrating response: "Have you tried relaxing? Maybe have a glass of wine and use plenty of lubrication.”
Are you jaw-dropped right now at that response or does that sound familiar?
I was not about to accept that atrocious advice, so I began researching to find any glimmer of hope. It was more than just couples therapy, I needed guidance on how to get re-connected with my husband AND find pleasure in doing so.
Over the years, I had heard many stories very similar from my clients; women expressing either pain/discomfort while having sex, or a complete disinterest in it at all. This wasn't just a personal endeavor any more, I knew there needed to be more support for women and couples in this phase of their life.
I received my sex and relationship coaching certification from Sex & Love Co. in 2022!

Hi, I'm Mark!
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been running my own Private Practice for the past 8 years.

I specialize in working with clients on building a better relationship with themselves in order to improve relationships with others.
Improving & navigating intimate relationships can be difficult, but the feeling of deep connection to others can provide great satisfaction. I strive to help clients feel safe and be able to open up to others.
My Story
Over the past 8 years I've worked with a variety of clients, and half of those have been couples or individuals that are wanting to strengthen their relationship.
As my wife has been building her coaching career, I've found it to be enjoyable to collaborate together. I think it's important to support the individuals within the partnership, but also the couple as a whole. Now I get to do that alongside my wife.
As we've navigated parenting over the past almost 8 years, I've noticed there's an abundance of information out there for mother's and babies, but very little on support for the father, and that can feel very alienating. When we had our son, I could only do so much with him as an infant. Not because I didn't want to, but because that time of development relies so much on the mother. Especially if she is breastfeeding, the baby is constantly connecting with her, and for the father, that can feel lonely.
As we were able to get clearer on our parenting styles & communication strategies, we realized this is definitely something more parents need support in. So now we get to help couples create a solid foundation to enjoy their partnership as they begin their journey into parenthood.
Our Story
We have been together for 16 years now, married for 12! We met in college; he was a wrestler, I was a wrestling manager---aww, cute I know ;) After a year of dating, Mark moved to Iowa to finish his wrestling career at a different college, which meant a long-distance relationship for 2 years! This was a time of learning & growth for both of us, but we came out on the other side stronger for it.
We got married June 2011, bought our first house and enjoyed time just the two of us-and our pups-for 4 years. In 2015, Mark graduated with his M.S. in Counseling Psychology & we were expecting our first kiddo! We learned SO. MUCH. about our relationship after having our son. There's so much information about having a baby & caring for baby, but there is zero information on how to prepare your relationship for having a baby. It takes a lot of work & a lot of patience.
Fast-forward to May 2019, we had our daughter and that was not without it's stressors. In March I was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks with Placenta Previa. Thankfully it resolved (placenta moved away from the cervix) enough that I could go home and have a natural delivery. However, that did mean I was a step above bed rest, meaning I couldn't do any activities that could cause potential pre-term labor. aka, no sexy time--for 2.5 months, plus the typical recovery time after birth!
We were once again, in a new territory of our relationship, navigating how to stay connected & intimate in new ways. This began our path towards figuring out how we could support other parents on a similar journey.
Now, we are working together to coach & support parents during their pregnancy & postpartum journey's. Creating a strong foundation of connection & communication, and new ways of navigating intimacy. Overall, understanding the various ways their relationship will be impacted by adding a baby to their family. Babies do not "fix" relationships, they challenge them to their very core. But with support, understanding & tools to help them navigate these challenges, they can create a deeper bond, & enjoy a more fulfilled intimate life than they had before!
